Symptom: SCTP Configuration sync from the cluster master may partially fail on a cluster slave unit after bootup. In the example below a slave unit reports configuration replication failure for the 'destination' argument of the 'service scp' command in a service object: Detected Cluster Master. Beginning configuration replication from Master. . service sctp destination eq m3ua ^ ERROR: % Invalid input detected at '^' marker. *** Output from config line 87, " service sctp destinatio..." service sctp destination eq 3228 ^ ERROR: % Invalid input detected at '^' marker. *** Output from config line 89, " service sctp destinatio..." service sctp destination eq 3229 ^ Conditions: All of the following must be in place: - ASA/FTD cluster - A service object type with SCTP protocol and the destination argument: object service sctp1 service sctp destination eq m3ua - Reload/reinitialize the slave unit.
