Description (partial)

While the call is in-progress and mid call if the CVP VXML Server is unreachable / unavailable from VXML Gateway, the survivability is not getting triggered.

When the VXML Gateway is not able to reach the CVP VXML Server, the caller experience is of dead air for close to 90 secs and the call drops.
