Description (partial)

In WiFi 6 Dashboard, "?" shows each legend help info.

Issue 1, In Wireless Airtime Efficiency
The vertical Airtime Efficiency is using (MBytes/sec) for unit.

But in "?", It indicates "in less airtime (microseconds)". Expect using seconds as well for the consistency.

Issue 2, In Wireless Latency by Client Count
The vertical Average Latency (ms)
in "?", in indicates "Wireless latency is measured by the time (microseconds) it takes for a packet to be successfully transmitted from an AP to the client."
Expect (milliseconds)

Issue 3, when click "?" for each Dashlet, all show some part of the Dashlet info but the "?" of "Wireless Airtime Efficiency", it covers all Dashlet. Better to have the same behavior as others.
