Description (partial)

Symptom:
HTTP Status 404 error seen for "This Page" link under help menu for Find and list Devices page

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path System->Enterprise Parameters and set the value to "50" as against default value 250 for Max List Box Items  Required Field.Make sure there are more than 50 Phones/Devices provisioned.
3)Access the path Call Routing->Intercom->Intercom Directory Number. In Intercom Directory Number Configuration page, make sure Find button appears next to "Default Activated Device" drop sown box. Click on Find button, leads to Find and List Devices page.

Access "This Page" link from Help menu in Find and List Devices page, this results in
HTTP Status 404 ? /Help/en_US/ccm/ctx/ccm_deviceFindList.html
