Lack of understanding of what hardware has been replaced or moved. In instances where there are many UCSM users there may not be cohesive understanding of what hardware has been replaced in former issues, and repeat hardware failures may not be easily detectable.

Customers who have replaced hardware or moved hardware for troubleshooting, especially across TAC Cases or across end users involved in TAC Cases
