Description (partial)

Symptom:
Corruption caused in shared memory used by arp process leads to continuous arp process restarts

Conditions:
As soon as arp process initialises it again crashes
ARP process may start to crash as soon as either of following traces will be seen :
We will have to search for traces containing ip_arp_timers_init or ip_arp_db_arptbl_init...
In old releases the logs will be as 
"called function ip_arp_timers_init"
(or)
"function returned success :ip_arp_db_arptbl_init"
