Description (partial)

Symptom:
LSD entries are missing for flex-algo routes after failover.

Conditions:
Segment-routing is enabled
Routes with flex-algo labels should be present.
Redundancy switchover (redundancy switchover) or LSD restart (process restart mpls_lsd) should be triggered.

Please note that occurrence of this  issue is dependent on the sequence of events which are not deterministic. So this issue may not be reproduced every time.
