Description (partial)

Symptom:
Failure in http copy when copy is over an interface.
Failure occurs due to error while getting interface ip.

It can have an impact on smart-licensing and call-home as they use http to copy from remote locations.
Problem is specific to copy done over an interface.

Conditions:
Problem can occur in any of the condition is met:

1. While requesting crl: Crypto ca crl request <http address> source-interface ipv4 <interface-name>: High chance of reproduction
2. Smart license registration: If "call-home source-interface <intf name>" is configured and smart license is registered using: license smart register idtoken <id token>,  problem can occur: High chance of reproduction

Problem is not seen with above two if "crypto ca trustpool policy crl optional" is configured

Other conditions in which problem can occur (less likely)
3. Restart of http-client process: Low repro rate
4. When process is booting first time: Low repro rate
