Description (partial)

Symptom:
For N9K CS EOR, if packets are going from LC to FM to LC, then those packets will be SnF instead of CT.

CRC error packets will be dropped instead of egressing out as CRC stomped

Conditions:
packets need to hit the FM.

If the packets are ingressing and egressing on the same asic, then it will be cut through.
