Cisco Bug: CSCvu09092 - Firepower 9300: Block Size 9344 shows inconsistent MAX values after SM reboot.

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The issue observed in Firepower 9300 after rebooting the SM. "Show blocks " returns inconsistent value for block size 9344 MAX value. The MAX value seen to shrink from 600000 > 250000. Later, 9344 blocks was seen incrementing properly as the load increased.
