Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a crash or power outage, you may find emails missing if you have recently received a 100MB email prior to the crash.

Conditions:
This issue can only occur if you are configured to take emails larger than 100MB.  After crashes we recover emails that have not been written to the files mapping the data structures.  This recovery terminates if it encounters emails larger than 100MB.
