Description (partial)

Symptom:
If inter-VRF DHCP relay is used, it may be observed that DHCP breaks after performing any activity that causes the client VRF to get removed and re-deployed on the client leaf nodes.

Conditions:
-Client must be vpc attached.
-Inter-VRF DHCP relay is used.
-Perform some action that removes and redeploys the client VRF to the client leaf nodes. Examples include:
  a. Upgrade/downgrade.
  b. shut/no shut client epg.
  c. Change the VRF association of the client bridge domain.
