Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber for Windows is unable to show correct presence on Outlook with 2 IM addresses.
The issue is occurred after upgrading to jabber 12.x.
Presence icon is shown on Outlook but the presence is shown as Unknown.
In some cases, the presence is shown by mouse over but it is unstable.

Conditions:
There are 2 IM addresses on Outlook contact.
One is used for Email domain and the other is for presence domain.
