Description (partial)

Symptom:
CPAR crashes when trying to access packet and its associated states which have been deleted already

Conditions:
If the remote server is not sending the response within the configured timeout value, the request packet will get timed out and will be retried for MaxTries. If CPAR receives the response packet in a delayed manner when retrying is in progress, then CPAR processes the response and delete the states associated with it and the packet itself. When the retry packet tries to access the deleted states/packet, CPAR crashes with the attached bt.
