Description (partial)

When configure LDAPs integration with CUCM, CMWS has started to give "user sync failures" with CUCM.
On CMWS for user Sync page it shows for Last Synchronization "CUCM unreachable" error in directory sync config.

CWMS 4.0
if there is some network connection issue between CWMS and CUCM exactly when performing synchronization (full sync, automatic sync or sync now)., this leads to the Sync getting broken from that moment, even after that network connection issue is restored.
