Description (partial)

Switch configured with the "priority-flow-control mode off" command on uplink port-channels. If the port-channel member ports are removed for some reason and switch is reloaded, the "priority-flow-control mode off" command gets wiped out from the port-channel but is still present on the physical port.
If you re-add the "priority-flow-control mode off" command to the port-channel, the CLI accepts the config but doesn't get applied without any error. The members can't be re-added back into the port-channel due to config incompatibility.

When the switch is reloaded with member ports removed from the port-channel.
