Known Affected Releases

Symptom:
Connection System Agent (FeedReader) component for an HTTPS network opens TCP sockets to directly connected locations to perform syncs at 15 minute intervals by default. When these occur, it's being seen where the socket is not torn down and is left in CLOSE_WAIT state. This can eventually lead to sockets being maxed out and breaking replication between locations.
