Description (partial)

Tried to register a 9800 running 17.1.1s.ES3 on a DNA Center running and we’re getting the following message on the "Recent Tasks" section of the Licensing Manager application, under All Licenses:

Unable to fetch the token either from the database or from CSSM, please try again after sometime. Currently DNAC directly communicates with the CSSM. Satellite is not supported

Registration takes place from Licensing Manager -> All Licenses -> select the network device -> actions -> Manage Smart License -> Register

The user is able to log into and see their licenses.

This problem is not dependent on the network device.
