Symptom:
Extend and Connect feature is difficult to follow and out of date in UCCX Admin Guide:
The content hasn't been updated for many years and overall difficult to follow:
1)  The guide links to CUCM 9.1 feature guide which is not even compatible with UCCX. 
2) The steps cannot be correctly followed: 
For example, there's no "Service profile setup" section in latest CUCM admin guide at all. 
For information about Service profile setup, see the "Service profile setup" section in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration Guide
3) The structure of the entire chapter is difficult to follow and not much of value to partners. 
4) What's supported/unsupported info is missing(i.e. Jabber over MRA, Monitoring, Recording, etc...)
