Cisco Bug: CSCvu04811 - Call Control web page cannot handle phonebook entries without both a name and contact method

Symptom: Call Control web page displays "Oops. The application encountered unexpected issues trying to display the page for http://<endpoint IP>/web/call-control" when Directory button is clicked. Conditions: 1. Phonebook Type is set to CUCM on the codec. 2. UDS Proxy search in CUCM is enabled via System -> LDAP -> LDAP Search -> check "Enable user search to Enterprise Directory Server" 3. Phonebook search results has an entry without both "Name" and "ContactMethod" attribute. This is possible if a Contact object in the LDAP user search base is enabled with only FirstName and FullName.
