Description (partial)

Symptom:
Importing of Audio Codec Preference List deletes existing Audio Codec

Conditions:
Goto ccmadmin - System - Region information - Audio Codec Preference Lists - copy Factory Default low loss - Change minimum 2codecs position in "codecs in list" (change priority order) and then click save.

Export the file from bat - import/export - export and then import it without overwrite option.

In job scheduler page, it shows job failed and deletes the created audio codec list from cucm.

Issue is reproducible if we have more than 3 records at Find and List Audio Codec Preference Lists page

It works fine on 10.5
