  ip internet protocol
link-status Allow SNMP LINKUP and LINKDOWN traps

Conditions:
Tested on ISR4331, different version of polaris: 16.3.6 , 17.1.1

ISR4331 from our lab with running one recent version 17.1.1 with NIM-ES2-8-P module.
Under one of the switchports, we can see that only traps for linkUP/DOWN can be enabled at this level:

ISR(config-if)#snmp trap ?
  ip internet protocol
link-status Allow SNMP LINKUP and LINKDOWN traps

Globally I couldn’t find any mac related traps either.
