Description (partial)

Symptom:
Kafka message queue is filling up with Microservices trace level log messages for inMemorySwaggerResourcesProvider Queue. In 3.8.0, reviewing kafka queue length will uncover this issue. Trace level messages should not deployed in a production release.

Consul entry needed to disable trace level logging for microservices is missing in the deployment.

Conditions:
Kafka message queue is filling up with Microservices trace level log messages for inMemorySwaggerResourcesProvider Queue. In 3.8.0, reviewing kafka queue length will uncover this issue. Trace level messages should not deployed in a production release.
