Description (partial)

Symptom:
A consecutive UCM upgrade without switch-version requires system reboot before starting new upgrade

Conditions:
CUCM Version:

Steps:

1) First upgrade : 12.5.1.12900-9  to 12.5.1.12900-112. (Installation Passed)
2) No switch-version
3) Second Upgrade: 12.5.1.12900-112 to 12.5.1.12900-113. (Installation failed)

This is the issue where cucm cluster went through some upgrade  with out switch version, then if you try one more upgrade for the whole cluster starting from publisher, and it failed with the following error:
