Description (partial)

Symptom:
CIMC reboots unexpectedly which causes UCSM faults or call home messages regarding the server being "inaccessible".  These faults are automatically resolved a few minutes later when the CIMC finishes booting.

Conditions:
M5 blade server

The following messages are seen in the show tech file under eng-repo/messages.* :
cipmi:1098: oem_common.c:309:Error: the 'sensor' thread is stalled.

kernel:-:<3>[watchdog_init]:465:BMC Watchdog resetted BMC.
