Symptom:
Traceback is seen from xtc_agent process. This traceback is related to getting source address from the candidate-path when the provided candidate-path argument is NULL as candidate-path is already removed to to configuration removal.

Conditions:
Policy is configured with BFD and policy is UP.

The policy is then un-configured or a candidate-path is un-configured.

Please note that it is applicable to configured policies via CLI or NETCONF.
