Conditions:
A Nexus 9372 switch is in use, and a 100G QSFP transceiver is inserted.

The crash occurs when the port is brought up, either via 'no shutdown', or, if the port is already admin up, when the transceiver is installed.

If the configuration has already been saved and the transceiver stays in place, this will result in a crash loop when the switch comes back up and tries to bring the port back up again.
