Description (partial)

Symptom:
CU is creating a CPP, in which he is disabling "Video Calling" parameter and he is also checking the box "Override Enterprise Settings". Then he is assigning this CPP in his CSF. When he checks the CSF, the parameter: "videoCapability" is set to 0 (<videoCapability>0</videoCapability>) but the video is not getting disabled on Jabber.

Conditions:
Issue exists on CUCM versions 11.0.1.24900-2  and 12.5.1.11900-146 
CU Jabber version: 12.7.1.51081 Build 301081
