Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Script Protection engine is enabled CallCenter.exe, an application to visualize call center statistics becomes unresponsive.
This issue is seen in 7.2.3 version with Genesis Call center software
CallCenter.exe application can be started but while opening predefined view, cpu consumption by AMP service increases to 100% leading to CallCenter.exe unresponsive state.

Conditions:
AMP Windows 7.2.3 connector with Script Protection engine enabled
And CallCenter application by Genesis Software
