Description (partial)

A Nexus 7000 Series Switch with HSRP and vPC, and using mismatched physical/virtual subnets in HSRP IP configuration will erroneously source ARP requests with the physical IP in the "sender-ip-address". This will only occur on the HSRP secondary device - the HSRP primary will still source ARP from the virtual IP.

When the physical and virtual IP addresses for the SVI and the HSRP group do not match, ARP should be sourced from the virtual IP.
