Description (partial)

when we go to RTMT>>Trace and log central and click on collect files , it will give us the prompt saying unable to connect to the node-NODENAME. And then is you observe, you will not be able to see that particular node's option.

The node should be added as a Hostname in the call manager. While doing nslookup for IP it must be able to resolve it to FQDN, However Hostname will not pingable.
