Symptom:
Intercom Directory Number page leads to HTTP 400 error in a scenario

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path Device->Phones. Add Phone type -8821 with mandatory fields and make sure Add/Save is successful.
3)Configuring Intercom Directory Number by click on "Intercom [1] - Add a new Intercom" link present as 11th iteam part of Association section ,followed by providing pattern ( backslash, followed by + and number) i,e \+12345 in Intercom Directory Number text box.
This results in blank page with error
"This page isn't working,if the problem continues contact site owner
