Description (partial)

Symptom:
It is not allowed to have dots in the DHCP Relay Policy name created in MSO, 
example DHCP_1.1.1.1_P.

The error "Invalid Field: Name can contain only letters, digits, dashes and underscores." will be seen.

Conditions:
In the same of the DHCP relay policy dots are used
