Description (partial)

Symptom:
When host disables the "View Participant List" privilege on a meeting, either while scheduling the meeting from the meting scheduler, or during the meeting  from the desktop client, attendees who are using mobile based webex meetings apps to join lose the ability to share(sending) their video and see video (receiving) in the meeting.
If they are already sending their video, the video stops to share once the Participant List view is disabled.
This happens on both iOS as well as Android devices.

For Mac & Window computers, attendees are still able to send the video even with the participant list disabled on desktop. Issue is only with mobile app

Conditions:
1. "View Participant List" privilege is disabled
2. Attendees join meeting through mobile meeting app (Android or iOS)
