Description (partial)

Connection to Contact center (CC) server not established if connection to CC servers was lost and estblished again after a while.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start headset service after enablic CC integration
2. Bring down the associated Contact center server nodes (both primary and secondary) after connection is established.
3. Start the CTI engine on the Contact center servers again.

Stop CTI/CC engine
Start CTI/CC engine
