Cisco Bug: CSCvt99966 - SPAN on a floating L3Out failed; the policy mgr failed to push the interfaces.
May 14, 2020
- Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: A SPAN session with the source type set to "Routed-Outside" goes down. The SPAN configuration is pushed to the anchor or non-anchor nodes, but the interfaces are not pushed due to the following fault: "Failed to configure SPAN with source SpanFL3out due to Source fvIfConn not available". Conditions: This issue occurs when the SPAN session is configured for an L3Out that has a floating SVI, and the source type of "Routed-Outside" is used to filter the L3Out on the configured source.
