Cisco Bug: CSCvt97925 - ES08 removes dataclause while importing SQL query based Reports causing Report execution failure

Last Modified

Jun 17, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Intelligence Center

Known Affected Releases

12.0(1)ES8

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Installing ES08 on CUIC 12.0 and importing Templates (stock), breaks the execution of ?SQL query? based Reports

ES08 removes ?dataclause? while importing ?SQL query? based Reports and so the SQL query constructed for these reports do not have ?filterfield ? inserted in ?WHERE? condition and hence the SQL query fails for syntax errors

Issue Example::

SQL query constructed:
……….
LEFT JOIN Attribute A9 (nolock) on Agent_Skill_Group_Real_Time.Attribute9 = A9.AttributeID
                                LEFT JOIN Attribute A10 (nolock) on Agent_Skill_Group_Real_Time.Attribute10 = A10.AttributeID
where IN (5587, 5603, 5604, 5605, 5606, 5607, 5608, 5609, 5610, 5611, 5612, 5613, 5614, 5615, 5616, 5617, 5618) and Agent.PersonID = Person.PersonID
  and Agent.SkillTargetID = Agent_Skill_Group_Real_Time.SkillTargetID
  and Precision_Queue.PrecisionQueueID = Agent_Skill_Group_Real_Time.PrecisionQueueID

-----

Errors in the logs during execution:
