Description (partial)

Symptom:
When call is placed from a phone registered through EMCC and needs to be routed through the EMCC SIP trunk (home to visiting) the name sent as the calling party device name will be the EMCC SIP trunk name instead of the original endpoint that placed the call.

Conditions:
1. User travels from home cluster to visiting cluster 
2. Call is received by home cluster
3. Home cluster uses original Adjunct-CSS which sends call to visiting cluster
4. Call is received by visiting cluster
5. Final destination receives call with EMCC SIP trunk name instead of phone name
