Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUCM version upgrade to 12.5 from lower version like 11.5, the active partition after upgrade and switch version come to 98% if we have ova of 80GB

fresh install the active partition uses 13204396K and the 80 gb drive has 14154188K in each active/inactive partition, so, with no db changes, you have about 950 MB free
