Description (partial)

Symptom:
We got Null pointer exception or the agent object of Nesla jar went into the state where agent got Null value and never initialized .
The issue only occurred when System went to Unauthorized to Authorized and somehow SLM service restarted of Server rebooted . Due to delay in Nesla jar loaded the Smart agent didnt initialize and we got Null pointer exception whenever we require agent object to be enabled for SLM service
