Description (partial)

Symptom:
ENG Thread is stuck is MRCP create session for ever. VVB continues to hold the MRCP session until the transfer to the operator or hangup, even if the VXML processed by the VVB involves only voicing prompts. Only way to recover form this condition is to restart VVB engine.

JVM.log give a good insight on what happened.

Conditions:
Thread on mrcp interface is stuck in create session, when the caller terminates the call. It does not matter when the customer does it, it could be during ASR dialog, or when he in the queue to SG. But it happens only when the caller hang up the call.
