Description (partial)

Symptom:
- Primary and Secondary Certificates has expired.
- Perform hostname change on secondary node using CLI 'set network hostname'
- CLI struck at drf_notify_hostname_change.py

Conditions:
- Primary and Secondary Certificates has expired.
- Perform hostname change on secondary node using CLI 'set network hostname'
- CLI struck at drf_notify_hostname_change.py

There is no way to recover from this stage. CLI doesn't even fails, so that rollback of changes can be applied.
