Description (partial)

Using IVR method of phone migration, an Error is played 'DN is not valid' . This is occurring even when the DN is valid and is associated with a user/device. 
There is also an SQL exception in the log when this scenario is seen.

Current implementation of phone migration does not include the migration using same DN available in different partitions. 
There is an ask to address migration of devices belonging to users having same primary extn that belong in different partitions.

Same DN is available in more than one Route partitions.
