Description (partial)

Symptom:
DCA sets channel width on AP to 20MHz although 40MHz is set globally as well as on the RF profile.
Issue does not occur at every DCA cycle and hence not all APs are affected at the same time.
Clients fail to connect to AP on 20MHz. 4 way handshake will complete, however either DHCP or ARP fails.

Output of "show ap config 802.11a <ap-name>" taken before and after DCA cycle will show chan width changing randomly
