Description (partial)

Symptom:
-A vEdge cloud deployed in Azure may go into a bootloop state after upgrading from 18.x.x to 19.2.2
-You may notice the following error messages during the bootloop:

EXT4-fs (hda2): warning: mounting fs with errors, running e2fsck is recommended
EXT4-fs (hda2): recovery complete
EXT4-fs (hda2): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts: data=ordered
hda: task_no_data_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
hda: task_no_data_intr: error=0x04 { DriveStatusError }
hda: possibly failed opcode: 0xe7
end_request: I/O error, dev hda, sector xxxxxxxxx
