Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone behavior is inconsistent when placing calls from the missed call menu/corporate directory if speaker-phone is disabled.

1. When speaker-phone is enabled an endpoint will place a call to the selected missed call or corporate directory number when the device is taken off hook.
2. When an endpoint has speaker-phone disabled the device will not place a call when taken off hook after selecting a missed call in the missed call directory.
3. When an endpoint has speakerphone disabled the device will place a call when taken off hook after selecting a number in the corporate directory.

Conditions:
Speaker phone disabled on the device from CUCM.
