Description (partial)

In the Cisco DNA Center GUI, when creating or updating an ISE server entry on the Settings > Authentication and Policy Servers page, the operation may fail with one of the following errors:

"Index 8 out of bounds for length <number>"
"Last unit does not have enough valid bits"
"Illegal base64 character <hex><hex>"

This occurs when an SSH host key is entered which is not in the correct format.
