Symptom:
Phone Services are not connecting in IVP6 with  Jabber  version 12.8.1

Status is showing as Disconnected

Conditions:
Jabber  version 12.8.1 on Premises
Status is showing as Disconnected

From PRT logs, the network query that Jabber is performing to allocate the Network adapter is showing as: "Failed to deduce local ipv6  address"

[csf.netutils.ip] [csf::ip::ConnectionInformation::getConnectionInformationForHost] - Result ErrorInternal, localAddress (empty), destinationAddress (empty)
[jcf.tel.ecc.http] [CSFUnified::ECCHttpHelper::getLocalIpAddress] - Failed to deduce local ip address, return empty string
