Last Modified

May 13, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server (VCS)

Known Affected Releases

unspecified

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The TCP connection to the Expressway may drop. This may drop all active dialogues across this TCP connection including, but not limited to calls and registrations.

Conditions:
This will occur if the Expressway receives a warn-agent header where the value matches a pseudonym and not a hostport as defined in the as defined in RFC 3261. This commonly means that characters that are not allowed are included or the warn-agent starts with a number. Only alphanumeric characters and hyphens are allowed and the value cannot start with a number.
