Description (partial)

AP shows packet loss on the client side when roaming only on this AP model. If IOS AP is placed according to site survey coverage, clients will roam fine. The issues observed are these:

1)	Downstream: Client at edge of the cell, Particularly at lower .11ac MCS rates, AP not stepping down/adapting its rate to match with Client and can’t forward downstream pak with lower mcs datarates.

2)	Upstream: sometimes AP is inactive when Client at edge of cell sending data to AP. (Sometimes many icmp req seem to be arriving from client based on OTA but AP is silent.)
